All camper hire bookings will require a £150 deposit payable by Credit/Debit Card or Cheque upon confirmation of your reserved period. Camper hire booking deposits are non-refundable and non transferable.
The balance is due 21 days prior to departure or at the time of booking if less than 21 days to departure.
In addition to the rental tariff, a refundable security deposit of £500 must be paid by credit or debit card on the day of hire. This will be fully refunded providing the camper is returned:
- to the agreed location at no later than the agreed date and time
- in the same condition as it was let out to you with the interior clean including all cooking appliances
(a £50 cleaning charge will otherwise apply) - with a full tank of unleaded fuel
NB: All drivers need to bring with them:
- (a) full UK driving licence valid for at least 2 years
- (b) additional form of id & proof of permanent address.
We cannot release any camper until we have seen these.
Adding a second driver, or points & driving convictions are subject to an additional surcharge as quoted by our insurance company.
There is a late return charge of £50. You will not be insured if you return the camper late and it could result in prosecution. Please also remember that you will be delaying the start of someone else's holiday.
Strictly no smoking in our camper vans.
With regret, we do not allow any pets.
Please remember to organise your own personal holiday insurance as we are not liable for your personal belongings.
